certified (#740) by ACTAR (Accreditation Commission for Traffic
Accident Reconstruction) with "Full Accreditation as a Traffic
Accident Reconstructionist".
I have done television consultation
for ABC, CBS and NBC affiliates, as well as radio stations, a
daily newspaper and weekly newspapers on Crime Prevention, Safety
and Security issues, Traffic Accidents, and Community Policing/Problem
